The Daily Telegraph has created a flash map so you can look at Rudd's travel itinerary. One of his stops was Romania of all places.

Do you think the poor man on the street corner selling copies of the Big Issue can afford to make 16 international trips?

What is your argument exactly?

I am not sure what you're trying to say. The issue is not whether he can personally afford 16 international trips, but the execution of his responsibilities as prime minister.
