I have yet to see an explanation for who all these people are traveling at 3am.
If you are a businessman do you just go out and develop a product and put it on the market with no regard for if there is a demand? Just sorta presuming there will be once you provide your product?
Where there is a need, such as on Friday and Saturday nights, public transportation is provided.
