Here is a very manly steak. Sprinkle with ground black pepper, salt and olive oil. (or lard if you are strum). Never trim the fat off, this is a very evil practice. Before... After! Serve with a nice 50 or 100 ml of Robitussin PS which will wash it down nicely: Some of the faggot types will claim this is burnt... Bulldust ! Real men eat their steak nuked, I can assure you that inside it is almost well done, not overcooked.

the active ingredient guaiphenesin is used to open airways and help assist people cough shit up. psuedo-e on the other hand is a precursor for cooking meth, and at high doses would increase your blood pressure/heart rate.
there is a different brand of robitussin called robitussin dx which contains dextromethorphan (dxm) which at something like 200ml hits you like a dissociative, similar to ketamine. [robo walk]
interesting choice of ingredients non the less, i hardly ever eat steak; but it does look nice :>
