After having delivered my report for the Royal Commission Into the Channel Meet Failure, which upon the evidence at hand at the time, found in favour of PrometheanStardust. However new evidence in the form of a startling confession has now overturned the original findings.

Following are the channel logs which contain the relevant new evidence. Extraneous material has been excised.

[02:54] <+PrometheanStardust> I slept in, and I was late for the train, I missed that one.

[03:01] <+Lamont_Cranston> since even before when you believed he arrived, you spun any presumed errors made as being my responsibility

[03:01] <+PrometheanStardust> That's not what happened, Lamont_Cranston.  Tigger_ genuinely believed me, because I misled him.

[03:10] <+Lamont_Cranston> you know Tigger you'd have come to this conclusion if you'd actually looked at what I said about what was occuring at Ringwood station

[03:11] <+PrometheanStardust> Lamont_Cranston, Tigger_ believed me, because I lied to him from the start, I deliberately targetting him for the lie
[03:11] <+PrometheanStardust> Lamont_Cranston, I pretended to have attended the failed meetup, by talking to him at 12.15pm
[03:12] <+PrometheanStardust> It's not Tigger_'s fault

In the light of this new evidence, my former ruling is now overturned, and the summary of my new findings are as follows:
1. LamontCranston's account is accurate in all its significant details.
2. LamontCranston was present at the railway station at 10.31AM, and nobody was there to meet him, as he has stated.
3. PrometheanStardust only arrived much later, after the movie was already playing, so LamontCranston was afforded no subsequent opportunity to even encounter him by happenstance.

So in conclusion, LamontCranston is fully vindicated upon all points. The matter is now regarded as closed.
